Corona Virus Updates
We understand that a lot of you will have many questions regarding your travel bookings with us. As you are aware these are completely unprecedented times that nobody has seen before and we try our best to handle this tough situation.
Airline policies in relation to the current pandemic situation are changing frequently and we are doing everything possible to stay on top of things. Unlike other travel agencies we have a dedicated team managing bookings and assisting clients.
Ultimately though we as always need to follow airlines rules and policies when handling any affected bookings. Please be assured that in no circumstances we are trying to make profit from the continued situation and in all scenarios our team are working towards doing the best they can for our clients, this is being done at a loss to our company but we do it as we are customer centric organization.
Where airlines are allowing you to cancel and refund we will process this for you and once the refund has been received we will pass this on to you.
Some airlines are allowing passengers to re-book for a different date and also in some cases alternate destination, in such scenarios you don’t need to give an alternate travel date now. You can do this at a later date, once the situation has approved and travel restrictions have been lifted.
Other airlines will be issuing credit notes to the value of your original booking, this can be used to redeem against another set of flights when you are ready to book. These credit notes will be valid for a minimum of 12 months from the date they are processed.
